株式会社キャリアボット（以下「当社」といいます。）は、ChatGPT上で提供する「Careerbot」（以下「本サービス」といいます。）における情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシーを定めます。

1. 本サービスについて

Careerbotは、就職活動およびキャリア形成を支援するChatGPT向けサービスです。

本サービスでは、主に以下の機能を提供します。

就職活動・キャリアに関する相談
自己分析、価値観・強み・就職活動の軸の整理
ガクチカ、自己PR、エントリーシート（ES）、志望動機の作成・添削
企業研究・企業比較の支援
面接対策・面接回答の整理
自己分析、ES、企業研究、志望動機、面接等の情報の統合および一貫性確認

本サービスは、OpenAIが提供するChatGPTと、当社が運営するCareerbot MCPサーバーを連携させて提供します。

基本的なデータの流れは以下のとおりです。

利用者 → ChatGPT → Careerbot MCPサーバー → ChatGPT → 利用者

Careerbot MCPサーバーが、利用者のChatGPT上のすべての会話履歴を独自に取得することはありません。

Careerbotの機能を実行するために必要な情報が、ChatGPTによるツール呼び出しを通じてCareerbot MCPサーバーへ送信されます。

2. 取り扱う情報（Data Collected）

Careerbotは、利用者が依頼した機能を提供するため、必要な範囲で以下の情報を受領または処理する場合があります。

すべての情報を提供する必要はありません。実行する機能および利用者の入力内容に応じて必要な情報のみが処理されます。

利用者が入力した場合、以下の情報を処理することがあります。

就職活動に関するプロフィールや補足情報

Careerbotの利用にあたり、氏名の入力は原則として必須ではありません。

Careerbot MCPサーバー自身が、ChatGPTの全会話履歴を取得することはありません。

当社は、利用者への回答に必要のない以下の情報をCareerbotのツール出力に意図的に含めない方針としています。

4. 情報の利用目的（Purposes）

当社は、Careerbotを通じて受領した情報を、以下の目的で利用または処理します。

Careerbotの各機能を提供するため 2. 就職活動・キャリアに関する相談を整理するため 3. 自己分析、価値観、強み、就職活動の軸等を整理するため 4. ガクチカ、自己PR、ES、志望動機等の作成・添削を支援するため 5. 企業研究および企業比較を支援するため 6. 面接対策、面接回答の整理およびフィードバックを行うため 7. 利用者の指示に応じ、就職活動に関する情報を統合し、一貫性を確認するため 8. MCPセッションを維持し、利用者からの依頼を正常に処理するため 9. 本サービスのセキュリティ確保、不正利用防止、障害調査および技術的な問題への対応を行うため 10. 個人の会話内容を恒久保存することなく、技術的な運用状況を確認し、本サービスの安定性を維持するため

当社は、Careerbot MCPサーバーが受け取ったツール入力本文またはツール出力本文を、当社独自のAIモデルの学習データとして利用しません。

また、Careerbotを通じて受け取った情報を、広告配信、広告目的のプロファイリングまたは第三者への販売のために利用しません。

5. 情報の受領者・処理委託先（Recipients）

本サービスの提供にあたり、以下のサービス提供者が情報の処理に関与します。

### 5.1 OpenAI

本サービスは、OpenAIが提供するChatGPT上で動作します。

利用者がCareerbotを利用した場合、ChatGPTがCareerbotの機能を実行するために必要と判断した情報がCareerbot MCPサーバーへ送信されます。

Careerbot MCPサーバーによる処理結果はChatGPTへ返され、利用者への回答に利用されます。

ChatGPTおよびOpenAIによる情報の取扱いについては、OpenAIが定める利用規約、プライバシーポリシーおよび利用者の設定が適用されます。

### 5.2 Google Cloud

当社は、Careerbot MCPサーバーのホスティング、通信処理、安全な運用および技術ログの管理のため、Google Cloudを利用しています。

主に以下のサービスを利用します。

Google Cloud Run
Google Cloud Logging

Google Cloud上では、本サービスの提供に必要な通信および技術情報が処理されます。

### 5.3 その他の外部AIサービス

最終更新日時点において、Careerbot MCPサーバーは、Careerbotのツール入力またはツール出力を、Gemini API、Anthropic APIその他の外部大規模言語モデルAPIへ独自に追加送信していません。

将来、新たな外部サービスを利用し、利用者情報の送信先または利用目的に重要な変更が生じる場合には、本ポリシーを更新します。

6. 情報の保存期間（Retention）

### 6.1 ツール入力・出力本文

CareerbotのMCPサーバーでは、ツールへの入力情報およびツールからの出力情報を、利用者ごとのプロフィールまたはデータベースとして恒久的に保存しません。

これらの情報は、利用者からの依頼を処理し、必要な範囲でMCPセッションを維持するために一時的に処理されます。

MCPセッションの状態はサービス実行中のメモリ上で一時的に保持される場合がありますが、利用者ごとの恒久的な会話履歴として保存することを目的としていません。

当社は、Careerbotのツール入力本文およびツール出力本文を、アプリケーションログとして意図的に記録しません。

したがって、ES本文、自己分析の回答、面接回答等をCareerbot側で利用者ごとの履歴として恒久保存することを目的としていません。

### 6.2 技術ログ

本サービスはGoogle Cloud Run上で運用されているため、サービスの安全な運用、不具合調査および不正利用防止のため、以下のような技術情報がCloud Loggingに記録される場合があります。

ChatGPT上の会話履歴、ChatGPTアカウントに関連する情報その他OpenAI側で管理されるデータについては、OpenAIのプライバシーポリシーおよび利用者のChatGPT設定が適用されます。

Careerbot側の保存期間とは異なります。

7. 利用者による管理（User Controls）

利用者は、Careerbotで処理される情報について、以下の方法で管理できます。

### 7.1 提供する情報を選択する

Careerbotの利用に不要な個人情報を入力する必要はありません。

氏名その他の任意情報について、利用者はCareerbotに提供する情報を自ら選択することができます。

### 7.2 過去の情報を使用せずに利用する

利用者はChatGPT上で、例えば、

「過去の内容を使わずに始めたい」
「今回は初めからやりたい」
「この会話で伝えた内容だけを使ってほしい」

などと伝えることで、過去の情報を使用せずにCareerbotを利用することができます。

### 7.3 情報を訂正する

Careerbotが前提としている経験、価値観、企業情報その他の内容に誤りがある場合、利用者はChatGPT上で訂正することができます。

利用者が今回の会話で明示的に訂正または確認した情報は、Careerbotの処理において優先して取り扱われます。

### 7.4 ChatGPT上の会話を管理する

ChatGPT上に保存される会話については、OpenAIが提供する削除その他のデータコントロールを利用できます。

ChatGPTの会話履歴その他の情報の取扱いについては、OpenAIのプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。

### 7.5 Careerbotの利用を停止する

利用者は、いつでもCareerbotを利用しないことを選択できます。

Careerbotを利用しなければ、新たなツール入力がCareerbot MCPサーバーへ送信されることはありません。

### 7.6 開示、訂正、削除等の請求

当社が保有する利用者の個人情報について、適用される法令に基づき、開示、訂正、削除その他の請求を希望する場合は、本ポリシー記載のお問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。

当社が当該情報を保有しており、技術的に特定可能な場合には、本人確認等を行ったうえで、適用される法令に従い対応します。

Careerbotではツール入力・出力本文を恒久保存していないため、通常、Careerbot側に利用者ごとの会話本文が削除対象として恒久的に残ることはありません。

Cloud Loggingに記録される技術ログについては、原則30日の保存期間経過後に削除されます。

8. 取り扱わない情報・入力を禁止する情報

Careerbotは就職活動およびキャリア形成支援を目的としたサービスであり、以下の情報を収集することを目的としておらず、利用者に入力を求めません。

本サービスには以下の情報を入力しないでください。

クレジットカード番号その他PCI DSSの対象となる決済カード情報
医療・健康サービスに関連する保護対象医療情報（PHI）
マイナンバー、社会保障番号、旅券番号その他の政府発行識別番号
パスワード
APIキー
MFA・OTP等の認証コード
秘密鍵、アクセストークンその他の認証情報

また、本サービスの提供に必要のない以下の情報についても入力を控えてください。

住所
電話番号
個人用メールアドレス
学籍番号
本サービスの利用に必要のない健康・医療情報
人種、民族、宗教その他の機微な個人情報
第三者の個人情報
企業秘密または未公開情報

Careerbotは、これらの情報を就職活動支援のために要求することを目的としていません。

9. データ最小化

Careerbotは、利用者からの依頼を実行するために必要な範囲を超えて個人情報を取得しないことを基本方針とします。

Careerbotの各機能は、自己分析、ES作成、企業研究、面接対策等、それぞれの処理に必要な情報のみを取り扱うよう設計します。

Careerbot MCPサーバーは、ChatGPTの全会話履歴を独自に取得するものではなく、ChatGPTが個別のツール実行に必要と判断して送信した情報を処理します。

10. 採用判断について

Careerbotは、利用者の就職活動およびキャリア形成を支援するためのサービスです。

Careerbotが利用者について企業への採用・不採用を決定したり、企業の採用選考を代行したりするものではありません。

Careerbotが提示する自己分析結果、職種・業界の候補、ES案、企業研究、面接フィードバック等は、利用者自身が検討・判断するための参考情報です。

11. 未成年者の利用

本サービスは13歳未満の児童を対象としたサービスではありません。

未成年者が利用する場合は、適用される法令およびOpenAIの利用条件に従って利用してください。

12. 情報セキュリティ

当社は、本サービスを通じて取り扱う情報について、不正アクセス、漏えい、滅失、改ざん等を防止するため、合理的な技術的および組織的安全管理措置を講じるよう努めます。

また、Careerbotのツール出力には、利用者への回答に不要な認証情報、内部識別情報、デバッグ情報その他の内部情報を含めないよう適切に設計・運用します。

13. 本ポリシーの変更

本サービスの機能、Careerbotのツール、取り扱う情報、外部サービス、保存方法その他のデータ処理方法に変更が生じた場合、本ポリシーを必要に応じて変更します。

重要な変更がある場合には、本ページへの掲載その他適切な方法によりお知らせします。

最新の更新日は、本ポリシー冒頭に表示します。

Careerbot, Inc. (“Careerbot,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) establishes this Privacy Policy to explain how information is handled in connection with “Careerbot,” a service provided through ChatGPT (the “Service”).

1. About the Service

Careerbot is a ChatGPT-based service designed to support job searching and career development.

The Service primarily provides the following functions:

Job search and career-related guidance
Self-analysis and organization of values, strengths, and career criteria
Creation and revision support for student experience statements, self-promotion statements, application forms, and motivation statements
Company research and company comparison support
Interview preparation and organization of interview answers
Integration and consistency checking across self-analysis, application documents, company research, motivation statements, and interview preparation

The Service is provided by connecting ChatGPT, provided by OpenAI, with the Careerbot MCP server operated by us.

The basic data flow is:

User → ChatGPT → Careerbot MCP Server → ChatGPT → User

The Careerbot MCP server does not independently access or retrieve a user's entire ChatGPT conversation history.

Only information necessary to perform a Careerbot function is sent to the Careerbot MCP server through a ChatGPT tool call.

2. Information We Process (Data Collected)

Careerbot may receive or process the following information only to the extent necessary to provide the function requested by the user.

Users are not required to provide all of the information listed below. The information processed depends on the feature being used and the information provided by the user.

If provided by the user, Careerbot may process:

School year or academic year
Expected graduation year
Other profile or contextual information related to the user's job search

Providing a name is generally not required to use Careerbot.

### 2.2 Job Search and Career Guidance Information

Careerbot may process:

Job search or career-related questions and concerns
Current job search status
Preferred working conditions
Industries or job categories of interest
Experiences or facts provided or confirmed by the user
Information confirmed by the user during the current conversation
Related information that ChatGPT determines is necessary to perform the user's requested Careerbot function and sends to the relevant Careerbot tool

The Careerbot MCP server itself does not retrieve the user's full ChatGPT conversation history.

### 2.3 Self-Analysis Information

Careerbot may process:

Values
Interests
Strengths and skills
Will (what the user wants to do)

Character or length limits
Preferred work or responsibilities

Careerbot is not intended to invent experiences, achievements, or numerical results that the user has not provided.

### 2.5 Company Research Information

Careerbot may process:

Target company names
Companies being compared
Purpose of the research
Company information supplied by the user
Priority or level of interest
Alignment with the user's career criteria
Interests or concerns regarding a company

### 2.6 Interview Preparation Information

Careerbot may process:

Target company
Interview stage
Interview questions
User answers
Post-interview reflections
Student experience statements
Self-promotion statements
Motivation statements
Application text
Experiences and facts needed to check consistency across interview answers

### 2.7 Integrated Job Search Information

When a user asks Careerbot to organize or integrate job-search information, Careerbot may process:

Profile information
Self-analysis
Career criteria
Student experience statements
Self-promotion statements
Target companies
Company research notes
Motivation statements
Preferred work
Application text
Interview preparation information
Recent updates
Information needed to check consistency among these items

### 2.8 Technical Information

For service delivery, security, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention, the following technical information may be processed or recorded:

Request and response sizes

Processing time
Temporary session identifiers used to maintain an MCP session
Trace identifiers and other technical identifiers

3. Information Returned to ChatGPT (Tool Outputs)

The Careerbot MCP server processes information received through a tool call and returns the result to ChatGPT.

Tool outputs may include:

Suggested job-search steps and considerations
Organized self-analysis results
Organized values and strengths
Suggested career criteria
Potential job or industry hypotheses
Draft student experience statements, self-promotion statements, motivation statements, or application text
Editing feedback and suggested improvements
Organized or repeated versions of text or facts supplied by the user
Additional questions or items requiring confirmation
Company research perspectives and comparison frameworks
Interview questions
Feedback on interview answers
Interview preparation items
Consistency checks across self-analysis, application documents, company research, motivation statements, and interview preparation
Organized experiences or facts previously provided or confirmed
Missing information or items requiring confirmation
Suggested next job-search actions
Information referenced from Careerbot's job-search support knowledge base

We intend not to include the following information in Careerbot tool outputs unless it is strictly necessary to fulfill the user's request:

API keys
Passwords, authentication tokens, or other authentication credentials
Internal file paths
Internal account identifiers
MCP session identifiers
Request identifiers
Trace identifiers
Debug information
Stack traces
Internal logs or other technical information unrelated to the user's request

4. Purposes of Processing (Purposes)

We use or process information received through Careerbot for the following purposes:

1. To provide Careerbot's functions 2. To organize job-search and career-related questions 3. To organize self-analysis, values, strengths, and career criteria 4. To support the creation and revision of application materials 5. To support company research and company comparison 6. To provide interview preparation and feedback 7. To integrate job-search information and check consistency when requested by the user 8. To maintain MCP sessions and properly process user requests 9. To maintain security, prevent abuse, investigate failures, and troubleshoot technical issues 10. To monitor technical operation and maintain service reliability without creating a permanent archive of individual conversation content

We do not use the text of Careerbot tool inputs or tool outputs to train our own AI models.

We also do not use information received through Careerbot for advertising, advertising profiling, or sale to third parties.

5. Recipients and Service Providers (Recipients)

The following service providers are involved in processing information necessary to provide the Service.

### 5.1 OpenAI

Careerbot operates within ChatGPT, which is provided by OpenAI.

When a user uses Careerbot, information that ChatGPT determines is necessary to perform a requested Careerbot function may be sent to the Careerbot MCP server.

The result processed by the Careerbot MCP server is returned to ChatGPT and used to provide a response to the user.

OpenAI's own Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and user settings apply to information processed by ChatGPT and OpenAI.

### 5.2 Google Cloud

We use Google Cloud to host the Careerbot MCP server, process communications, maintain service security, and manage technical logs.

The services used primarily include:

Google Cloud Run
Google Cloud Logging

Communications and technical information required to provide the Service may therefore be processed through Google Cloud.

### 5.3 Other External AI Services

As of the Last Updated date, the Careerbot MCP server does not independently make additional transmissions of Careerbot tool inputs or outputs to external large language model APIs such as the Gemini API or Anthropic API.

If we later introduce a new external service that results in a material change to recipients or purposes of processing user information, we will update this Privacy Policy.

6. Data Retention (Retention)

### 6.1 Tool Input and Output Content

The Careerbot MCP server does not permanently store tool inputs or tool outputs as a user-specific profile or database record.

Such information is processed temporarily as necessary to fulfill a user's request and maintain the relevant MCP session.

MCP session state may temporarily be maintained in application memory while the service is running, but it is not intended to create a permanent user conversation history.

We do not intentionally record Careerbot tool input text or tool output text in application logs.

Accordingly, application text, self-analysis answers, interview answers, and similar content are not intended to be permanently stored as user-specific history by Careerbot.

### 6.2 Technical Logs

Because the Service operates on Google Cloud Run, technical information may be recorded in Cloud Logging for service security, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention, including:

Request date and time
Request destination
HTTP method
Data transfer size
HTTP status code
User agent
IP address
Processing time
Trace identifiers and other technical information

The retention period for these technical logs is generally 30 days.

After the retention period expires, the logs are deleted, except where retention is required by law or reasonably necessary for security purposes.

### 6.3 Data Managed by ChatGPT

Conversation history, ChatGPT account information, and other data managed by OpenAI are subject to OpenAI's Privacy Policy and the user's ChatGPT settings.

OpenAI's retention practices are separate from Careerbot's retention practices described above.

7. User Controls

Users can control information processed through Careerbot in the following ways.

### 7.1 Choose What Information to Provide

Users are not required to provide personal information that is unnecessary to use Careerbot.

Users may choose what optional information, including their name, to provide to Careerbot.

### 7.2 Start Without Using Prior Information

Users may instruct ChatGPT, for example:

“Do not use previous information.”
“I want to start from scratch this time.”
“Use only what I tell you in this conversation.”

Careerbot can then be used without relying on previously provided information.

### 7.3 Correct Information

If an experience, value, company detail, or other fact being used by Careerbot is incorrect, the user may correct it through ChatGPT.

Information explicitly corrected or confirmed by the user in the current conversation will be given priority in Careerbot's processing.

### 7.4 Manage ChatGPT Conversations

For conversations stored within ChatGPT, users may use deletion and other data controls provided by OpenAI.

OpenAI's Privacy Policy governs ChatGPT conversation history and other information managed by OpenAI.

### 7.5 Stop Using Careerbot

Users may stop using Careerbot at any time.

If Careerbot is not used, no new Careerbot tool input will be sent to the Careerbot MCP server.

### 7.6 Requests for Access, Correction, or Deletion

Users may contact us using the information below to request access, correction, deletion, or other rights regarding personal information held by us, as provided under applicable law.

Where we hold the relevant information and it is technically identifiable, we will respond in accordance with applicable law after performing appropriate identity verification where necessary.

Because Careerbot does not permanently store tool input or output content, user-specific conversation content will ordinarily not remain permanently stored on the Careerbot side.

Technical logs recorded in Cloud Logging are generally deleted after the 30-day retention period.

8. Information Careerbot Does Not Request and Information Users Must Not Submit

Careerbot is designed for job-search and career-development support and is not intended to collect the following information.

Users must not submit the following through Careerbot:

Payment card information subject to PCI DSS
Protected health information (PHI)
Government-issued identifiers, including social security numbers, My Number identifiers, or passport numbers
Passwords
API keys
MFA or OTP authentication codes
Private keys, access tokens, or other authentication credentials

Users should also avoid submitting the following information when it is not necessary to provide the Service:

Home address
Telephone number
Personal email address
Student identification number
Health or medical information not required for the Service
Race, ethnicity, religion, or other sensitive personal information

Careerbot is designed to avoid obtaining personal information beyond what is reasonably necessary to perform the user's requested function.

Each Careerbot function is intended to process only information relevant to the specific task, such as self-analysis, application preparation, company research, or interview preparation.

The Careerbot MCP server does not independently retrieve a user's full ChatGPT conversation history. It processes information that ChatGPT sends as necessary for a specific tool call.

10. Employment Decisions

Careerbot is a service intended to support a user's job search and career development.

Careerbot does not make hiring or rejection decisions on behalf of employers and does not conduct employers' hiring decisions.

Self-analysis results, suggested job or industry options, application drafts, company research, and interview feedback provided by Careerbot are reference information intended to support the user's own judgment and decision-making.

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13.

Minors who use the Service must do so in accordance with applicable law and OpenAI's applicable terms.

We also design and operate Careerbot so that tool outputs do not include authentication credentials, unnecessary internal identifiers, debug information, or other internal information that is unrelated to the user's request.
