本利用規約（以下「本規約」といいます。）は、株式会社キャリアボット（以下「当社」といいます。）がChatGPT上で提供する「Careerbot」（以下「本サービス」といいます。）の利用条件を定めるものです。

利用者は、本サービスを利用することにより、本規約および当社のCareerbot for ChatGPT プライバシーポリシーに同意したものとみなされます。

1. 本サービスについて

Careerbotは、就職活動およびキャリア形成を支援するChatGPT向けサービスです。

本サービスでは、主に以下の支援を提供します。

就職活動・キャリアに関する相談
自己分析、価値観、強み、Will・Can・Must、就職活動の軸の整理
ガクチカ、自己PR、エントリーシート（ES）、志望動機の作成・添削
企業研究・企業比較のための観点整理
面接練習、面接回答の整理およびフィードバック
自己分析、ES、企業研究、志望動機、面接等の情報の統合および一貫性確認
利用者が次に取り組む就職活動上のアクションの整理

本サービスは、OpenAIが提供するChatGPTと、当社が運営するCareerbot MCPサーバーを連携して提供します。

2. 利用条件

利用者は、本規約、適用される法令、OpenAIが定める利用条件および関連ポリシーを遵守して本サービスを利用するものとします。

本サービスは一般利用者向けのサービスであり、13歳未満の児童を対象としていません。

未成年者が本サービスを利用する場合は、適用される法令およびOpenAIの利用条件に従って利用してください。

3. Careerbotの役割

Careerbotは、利用者の就職活動およびキャリア形成を支援するためのサービスです。

Careerbotが提供する自己分析、職種・業界の候補、ES等の文章案、企業研究の観点、面接質問およびフィードバック等は、利用者自身が検討・判断するための参考情報です。

Careerbotは、以下を行うものではありません。

企業に代わって採用または不採用を決定すること
企業の採用選考を代行すること
利用者の適職、能力、人格または将来を確定的に判定すること
就職、内定、選考通過その他の結果を保証すること
法律、医療、金融その他の専門資格に基づく助言を提供すること

4. 利用者が提供する情報

利用者は、本サービスを利用するために必要な範囲で、自らの経験、希望、文章、企業名その他の情報を入力できます。

利用者は、可能な限り正確な情報を提供し、Careerbotが作成または整理した内容について、利用前に事実関係を確認するものとします。

Careerbotは、利用者が提供していない経験、成果、数値または資格等を事実として作成することを目的としていません。

Careerbotの出力に誤りまたは推測が含まれている場合、利用者はChatGPT上で訂正または追加情報を提供できます。

5. ES・応募書類・面接回答の利用

Careerbotが作成または添削したガクチカ、自己PR、ES、志望動機、面接回答等は、利用者自身の経験および意思を表現するための下書きまたは参考情報として利用してください。

利用者は、企業その他の第三者へ提出または伝達する前に、少なくとも以下を確認するものとします。

内容が利用者本人の事実および経験と一致していること
架空の成果、資格、数値または経歴が含まれていないこと
応募先企業の設問および条件に適合していること
第三者の著作権、秘密情報その他の権利を侵害していないこと

本サービスを、経歴、資格、実績その他の重要事項を偽る目的で利用してはなりません。

6. 企業研究・企業情報

Careerbotは、企業研究の観点、比較軸、志望動機へつなげる整理方法等を支援します。

Careerbot MCPサーバー自体は、企業の最新Web情報、採用情報または企業サイトを自動取得する機能ではありません。

企業の売上、事業内容、採用条件、制度、募集職種、選考日程その他変更され得る情報については、企業公式サイト、採用ページ、募集要項その他の一次情報で最新情報を確認してください。

ChatGPTがCareerbotとは別のWeb検索機能その他の機能を利用する場合、その機能による情報取得および処理については、それぞれのサービスの条件が適用されます。

7. 本サービスの操作範囲

現在のCareerbot MCPツールは、就職活動情報の整理、文章作成支援、比較、フィードバックおよび表示を目的とするread-onlyの機能として設計されています。

Careerbot MCPサーバー自体が、利用者の外部アカウントに対して、以下の操作を行うことを目的としていません。

メールやメッセージの送信
SNS等への投稿
ファイルのアップロード
外部データの作成、編集または削除
商品またはサービスの購入
求人への応募
企業への応募書類の送信

将来、この操作範囲を変更する場合は、必要に応じて本規約、プライバシーポリシーおよび本サービス上の表示を更新します。

8. 入力してはならない情報

本サービスは就職活動およびキャリア形成の支援を目的としており、以下の情報を収集または処理することを目的としていません。

利用者は、以下の情報をCareerbotへ入力しないものとします。

クレジットカード番号その他PCI DSSの対象となる決済カード情報
保護対象医療情報（PHI）
マイナンバー、社会保障番号、旅券番号その他の政府発行識別番号
パスワード
APIキー
MFA・OTP等の認証コード
秘密鍵、アクセストークンその他の認証情報

また、本サービスの利用に必要のない住所、電話番号、個人用メールアドレス、学籍番号、健康・医療情報、人種、民族、宗教その他の機微な個人情報、第三者の個人情報、企業秘密または未公開情報についても入力を控えてください。

9. 禁止事項

利用者は、本サービスの利用にあたり、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。

法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
OpenAIの利用条件または利用ポリシーに違反する行為
他者になりすます行為
学歴、職歴、資格、実績その他の重要事項を偽るために本サービスを利用する行為
他者の著作権、商標権、プライバシー、営業秘密その他の権利を侵害する行為
第三者の個人情報または秘密情報を権限なく入力する行為
本サービスまたは関連システムへの不正アクセス、妨害、過度な負荷その他セキュリティを損なう行為
APIキー、パスワードその他の認証情報を入力または取得しようとする行為
本サービスの安全機能、利用制限またはアクセス制御を回避しようとする行為
本サービスを違法、詐欺的、欺瞞的または他者に危害を与える目的で使用する行為
その他、当社が合理的に不適切と判断する行為

10. 情報の取扱い

本サービスにおける個人情報、ツール入力・出力、技術情報、保存期間、受領者および利用者のデータコントロールについては、Careerbot for ChatGPT プライバシーポリシーに定めます。

Careerbot MCPサーバーは、利用者のChatGPT上のすべての会話履歴を独自に取得することを目的としていません。

Careerbotの機能を実行するために必要な情報が、ChatGPTによるツール呼び出しを通じてCareerbot MCPサーバーへ送信されます。

11. 知的財産権および第三者の権利

本サービス、Careerbotの名称、ソフトウェア、UI、当社が作成した独自コンテンツその他本サービスに関する権利は、当社または正当な権利者に帰属します。

利用者が本サービスへ入力する文章その他の情報について、利用者は当該情報を入力し、本サービスの提供に必要な範囲で処理させるための必要な権利または権限を有するものとします。

Careerbotが生成または整理した出力については、適用される法令、OpenAIの利用条件および第三者の権利に従って利用してください。

生成された内容が他の利用者への出力と類似する場合があり、当社は出力の独占性または第三者権利を侵害しないことを保証するものではありません。

12. 正確性・可用性に関する注意

当社は、本サービスの品質向上に努めますが、AIによる出力には、不正確な情報、不完全な情報、古い情報または利用者の意図と異なる内容が含まれる場合があります。

当社は、本サービスについて、特定目的への適合性、完全性、正確性、最新性、継続的な提供または特定の就職活動上の成果を保証しません。

重要な応募書類、企業情報、選考条件その他の事項については、利用者自身で確認してください。

13. サービスの変更・中断

当社は、保守、セキュリティ対応、法令・ポリシーへの対応、機能改善その他合理的な理由により、本サービスの全部または一部を変更、中断または終了する場合があります。

当社は、可能な範囲で安定したサービス提供に努めますが、ChatGPT、OpenAI、Google Cloud、通信環境その他当社が直接管理できない要因により、本サービスが一時的に利用できない場合があります。

14. 利用制限

利用者が本規約に違反した場合、セキュリティ上の問題がある場合、または本サービスの適正な運用に重大な支障がある場合、当社は合理的な範囲で本サービスへのアクセスを制限することがあります。

15. 免責および責任

Careerbotの出力は、就職活動およびキャリア形成の参考情報として提供されます。

利用者は、応募、企業選択、面接回答その他の最終的な意思決定を自ら行うものとします。

当社は、法令上免責が認められない場合を除き、Careerbotの出力のみに依拠したことによって生じた就職活動上の結果、企業との紛争、機会損失その他の間接的または派生的な損害について責任を負わないものとします。

本条は、当社の故意または重大な過失による責任その他、適用される法令により制限または免除できない責任を排除するものではありません。

16. 本規約の変更

当社は、本サービスの内容、法令、OpenAIの要件その他の状況に応じて、本規約を変更することがあります。

重要な変更がある場合には、本ページへの掲載その他適切な方法によりお知らせします。

最新の更新日は、本規約冒頭に表示します。

17. 準拠法・管轄

本規約は日本法に準拠します。

本サービスまたは本規約に関連して紛争が生じた場合、適用される強行法規に反しない範囲で、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Careerbot for ChatGPT Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the use of “Careerbot” (the “Service”), a service provided through ChatGPT by Careerbot, Inc. (“Careerbot,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the Careerbot for ChatGPT Privacy Policy.

1. About the Service

Careerbot is a ChatGPT-based service designed to support job searching and career development.

The Service primarily supports:

Job-search and career-related guidance
Self-analysis and organization of values, strengths, Will, Can, Must, and career criteria
Creation and revision of student experience statements, self-promotion statements, application forms, and motivation statements
Frameworks for company research and comparison
Interview practice, organization of answers, and feedback
Integration and consistency checking across self-analysis, application materials, company research, motivation statements, and interview preparation
Organization of suggested next job-search actions

The Service is provided by connecting ChatGPT, provided by OpenAI, with the Careerbot MCP server operated by us.

2. Eligibility and Conditions of Use

You must use the Service in compliance with these Terms, applicable law, and OpenAI’s applicable terms and policies.

The Service is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13.

Minors must use the Service in accordance with applicable law and OpenAI’s applicable terms.

3. Role of Careerbot

Careerbot is intended to support users in their job search and career development.

Self-analysis results, possible job or industry options, application drafts, company-research frameworks, interview questions, and feedback are provided as reference information to support the user’s own judgment.

Careerbot does not:

Make hiring or rejection decisions on behalf of employers
Conduct or replace an employer’s hiring process
Definitively determine a user’s aptitude, abilities, personality, or future
Guarantee employment, offers, interview success, or other outcomes
Provide professional legal, medical, financial, or other licensed advice

4. Information Provided by Users

Users may provide experiences, preferences, written materials, company names, and other information as reasonably necessary to use the Service.

Users should provide accurate information where possible and review the factual accuracy of content created or organized by Careerbot before using it.

Careerbot is not intended to invent experiences, achievements, numerical results, qualifications, or other facts that the user has not provided.

If Careerbot uses an incorrect assumption or fact, users may correct or supplement the information through ChatGPT.

5. Application Materials and Interview Answers

Student experience statements, self-promotion statements, application materials, motivation statements, and interview answers generated or revised by Careerbot should be treated as drafts or reference material for expressing the user’s own experiences and intentions.

Before submitting or communicating such content to an employer or other third party, users should verify at least that:

The content accurately reflects the user’s own experiences and facts
It does not contain fabricated achievements, qualifications, numbers, or employment history
It complies with the target employer’s questions and requirements
It does not infringe third-party copyright, confidentiality obligations, or other rights

The Service must not be used to falsify qualifications, experience, credentials, or other material facts.

6. Company Research and Current Information

Careerbot may help organize company-research perspectives, comparison criteria, and material for motivation statements.

The Careerbot MCP server itself does not automatically retrieve current company websites, recruiting information, or other live Web information.

Users should verify changing information such as company revenue, business activities, hiring requirements, employment programs, available roles, and recruiting schedules using official company websites, recruiting pages, job descriptions, or other primary sources.

If ChatGPT uses separate Web-search or other functionality outside Careerbot, the terms governing those services and functions apply to that processing.

7. Scope of Careerbot Actions

The current Careerbot MCP tools are designed as read-only functions for organizing job-search information, drafting assistance, comparisons, feedback, and display.

The Careerbot MCP server itself is not intended to perform actions on users’ external accounts, including:

Sending emails or messages
Posting to social networks or other services
Uploading files
Creating, modifying, or deleting external data
Purchasing goods or services
Submitting job applications
Sending application materials to employers

If this scope changes in the future, we will update these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and relevant Service disclosures as appropriate.

8. Information Users Must Not Submit

The Service is intended for job-search and career-development support and is not intended to collect or process the following information.

Users must not submit:

Payment card information subject to PCI DSS
Protected health information (PHI)
Government-issued identifiers, including social security numbers, My Number identifiers, or passport numbers
Passwords
API keys
MFA or OTP authentication codes
Private keys, access tokens, or other authentication credentials

Users should also avoid submitting information not necessary to use the Service, including home addresses, telephone numbers, personal email addresses, student identification numbers, health or medical information, race, ethnicity, religion or other sensitive personal information, third-party personal data, trade secrets, or other non-public confidential information.

9. Prohibited Uses

Users must not:

Violate applicable law or public policy
Violate OpenAI’s applicable terms or usage policies
Impersonate another person
Use the Service to falsify education, employment history, qualifications, achievements, or other material facts
Infringe another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, trade-secret, or other rights
Submit third-party personal data or confidential information without authorization
Attempt unauthorized access, disruption, excessive load, or other conduct that compromises Service security
Submit or attempt to obtain API keys, passwords, or other authentication credentials
Circumvent safety features, usage restrictions, or access controls
Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful purposes
Engage in any other conduct that we reasonably determine to be inappropriate for the Service

10. Privacy and Data Handling

The Careerbot for ChatGPT Privacy Policy explains how the Service handles personal information, tool inputs and outputs, technical information, retention periods, recipients, and user controls.

The Careerbot MCP server is not intended to independently retrieve a user’s entire ChatGPT conversation history.

Only information necessary to perform a Careerbot function is sent to the Careerbot MCP server through a ChatGPT tool call.

11. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Rights

Rights in the Service, the Careerbot name, software, UI, original content created by us, and other materials associated with the Service belong to us or the applicable rights holders.

For content submitted to the Service, users must have the rights or authority necessary to submit and permit processing of that content for purposes of providing the Service.

Careerbot outputs must be used in accordance with applicable law, OpenAI’s applicable terms, and third-party rights.

Outputs may be similar to content generated for other users, and we do not guarantee that outputs are exclusive or free from all possible third-party rights claims.

12. Accuracy and Availability

We seek to improve the quality of the Service, but AI-generated outputs may contain inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unintended information.

We do not guarantee the Service’s fitness for a particular purpose, completeness, accuracy, currency, uninterrupted availability, or any particular job-search outcome.

Users should independently verify important application content, company information, recruiting requirements, and other material information.

13. Changes, Suspension, and Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service for maintenance, security, legal or policy compliance, feature improvements, or other reasonable reasons.

We seek to provide a stable service, but temporary unavailability may result from ChatGPT, OpenAI, Google Cloud, network conditions, or other factors outside our direct control.

14. Access Restrictions

If a user violates these Terms, creates a security risk, or materially interferes with proper Service operation, we may reasonably restrict access to the Service.

15. Disclaimer and Liability

Careerbot outputs are provided as reference information for job searching and career development.

Users remain responsible for final decisions regarding applications, employers, interview answers, and other career-related matters.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost opportunities, employer disputes, or job-search outcomes resulting solely from reliance on Careerbot outputs.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for our intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms in response to changes in the Service, applicable law, OpenAI requirements, or other relevant circumstances.

Where appropriate, material changes will be communicated by publishing the revised Terms on this page or through another appropriate method.

The most recent update date is shown at the top of these Terms.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

To the extent not prohibited by mandatory applicable law, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance over disputes arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms.
